APR Guard – Threshold (%)
Minimum APR to keep a position open. Works together with Max Exit Spread.

Decision rules:
1. APR ≤ 0% → close immediately (losing money, spread ignored).
2. APR < Threshold → close only if spread is also below Max Exit Spread.
3. APR < Threshold but spread too high → hold + Telegram warning.
4. APR ≥ Threshold → hold (profitable, no action).

Example with Threshold = 50%:
APR at 80% → no action (above 50%)
APR at 30% + spread 0.05% → close (both conditions met)
APR at 30% + spread 0.25% → hold, wait for cheaper spread
APR at −10% → close immediately

Max Exit Spread (%)
Maximum spread allowed when closing a position. Works together with APR Threshold.

When APR drops below the threshold, the watcher checks this value before closing.
If the spread is cheap enough (below this value) → exits the position.
If the spread is too expensive → holds and sends a Telegram warning instead.

This prevents losing money on exit fees when it's better to wait.

Exception: If APR ≤ 0%, the position closes immediately regardless of spread (you're already losing money).

Example with Max Exit Spread = 0.10%:
APR low + spread at 0.06% → close (cheap exit)
APR low + spread at 0.20% → hold + Telegram alert

Liq Guard – Minimum Distance
Minimum allowed distance to liquidation price for both Long and Short legs.
Each leg is evaluated independently.
If ONE leg fails, the guard triggers.
Conceptual formula:
Distance = |Current Price − Liquidation Price| / Current Price
Example:
Current price: 100
Long liquidation: 85 → 0.15
Short liquidation: 130 → 0.30
Minimum distance: 0.2
Long fails → guard triggers
🛡️ Exposure Guard: ACTIVE
Monitors both legs of every open position in real time.
If one leg closes but the other stays open (unhedged exposure), the guard triggers an immediate close to prevent directional risk.
This protection is always active across all 7 supported exchanges and cannot be disabled.
📊 Price Divergence Guard: ACTIVE (max 1%)
Compares mark prices on both exchanges before opening any trade.
If prices diverge more than 1%, the trade is automatically blocked to prevent slippage losses.
This protects against thin order books and VWAP execution on illiquid tokens.
Always active across all 7 supported exchanges and cannot be disabled.
Cooldown Timers
⏱️ Guard Close Cooldown: 10 minutes
After any guard triggers a position close (APR, spread, liquidation, or exposure), a 10-minute cooldown is applied to that token+exchange pair.
During this period, the system will not re-open the same combination — preventing rapid open-close cycles that waste fees.
A 90-second grace period also protects newly opened positions from being closed by guards before they stabilize.
🔔 Signal Notification Cooldown: 8 hours
When a signal is sent via Telegram notification (notify_only mode), that token+exchange pair enters an 8-hour cooldown.
This prevents repeated notifications for the same opportunity and aligns with standard funding rate cycles.
Notification cooldowns do not block automated execution — each mode has its own independent cooldown.
⚠️ Execution Failure Cooldown: 1 hour
If an automated trade fails (insufficient balance, lot size mismatch, netting conflict, or exchange limit), that token+exchange pair is paused for 1 hour.
This avoids repeatedly attempting trades that will fail and wasting API rate limits.
The cooldown is specific to the failed combination — other opportunities continue executing normally.

All API keys and private keys are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) in our database. Even if the database were compromised, your credentials would be unreadable without the separate server-side decryption key.

  • Enable IP whitelisting on your exchange, restricted to your VPS IP.
  • Use a dedicated API key exclusively for Arbex.

Automated trading is currently available on Hyperliquid and MEXC Futures.

Two separate things: publishing signals on ARBEX costs $0 (unlimited from signup). The only charges are subscriptions to other traders’ strategies on Marketplace — and what you earn when someone subscribes to yours.

Mathematically Verifiable Signals

Every signal is hashed, timestamped, broadcast publicly, and anchored to the Bitcoin blockchain — making it impossible for anyone (including us) to forge, edit, or backdate a trade after the outcome is known.

4 Independent Witnesses

The four witnesses

Telegram public channel
Each signal is broadcast to a public Telegram channel within seconds. Telegram timestamps and message IDs are immutable after ~48 hours and witnessed by Telegram’s servers — we cannot edit history retroactively.
Commit-reveal hash
At signal time we publish a SHA-256 hash of symbol·side·entry·SL·TP·nonce. The plain values are revealed at close. The hash locks the trade parameters before the market moves — no cherry-picking.
In-browser recompute
On the public verify page, your browser independently recomputes the SHA-256 using the WebCrypto API. No need to trust our server — if the hash matches, the math itself confirms the signal was not edited.
Bitcoin blockchain anchor
Every commit hash is stamped using OpenTimestamps and folded into a public Bitcoin block. To forge a single signal, an attacker would need to rewrite Bitcoin’s history — currently securing trillions in market value with the world’s strongest proof-of-work.

How a signal becomes irrefutable

Our motors compute entry, SL and TP. A random 32-byte nonce is generated.

Commit broadcast (T+0s)
SHA-256 hash posted to Telegram and stored in our DB. Plain values stay sealed.

OpenTimestamps stamp (T+0s – 30min)
The hash is submitted to OpenTimestamps calendar servers, which include it in a Merkle root that gets committed to a real Bitcoin transaction.

Bitcoin confirmation (T+1h – 6h)
A Bitcoin miner includes the transaction in a block. From this moment forward, retro-editing the signal is computationally infeasible.

Reveal at trade close
Symbol, side, entry, SL, TP and nonce are published. Anyone can recompute the SHA-256 and confirm it matches the original commit.

Live algorithmic strategies use the same pipeline. Subscribers still get the signal in the panel; exchange auto-execution is optional with Automation Pass. Publish once in ARBEX — no need to retype signals in Telegram.
